she coined the phrase "value engineered." It is the keystone of our process. We also work with Susan Westbrook (Westbrook Interiors) who
was named best designer in New Mexico by New Mexico Business Weekly. Susan was featured in the "Best of the Southwest" issue of
Phoenix Home and Garden Magazine, September 2006 and she contracts with Fresco Harmony™ on an ongoing basis.

Designers:

Designers will enjoy the versatility and organic feel of Fresco Harmony™. Textural concepts are endless. From a raised-surface aspen grove to a three dimensional sand surface, this medium is limitless. We can also work with a wide range of patterns and colors because we pigment our product and are in complete control of every design. Samples are included in the price and because our formulas are recorded, the transition from sample to surface is both flawless and risk free. We want to create unique, original designs that cater to unique and original surroundings.

Homeowners:

Another great aspect of our product is the coverage. Because joint compound is a thick versatile medium we are able to go over existing textures, replacing old finishes and producing a smooth look and feel to wood paneling, tongue-and-groove, tile, brick and stone. No surface is beyond transformation. Faux finishes do not transform surface texture. We have found that the energy of a room is transformed when aggressive textures are replaced with a smoother surface.

Builders:

Funds are allocated to the hanging, finishing, texturing and paint of any new project. Because our base product is pigmented joint compound, Fresco Harmony™ combines the steps of texturing and painting into one simple method. The drywall only needs to be finished to level three because all walls receive two full coats of mud thus saving the time and costs of the extra step. At a base cost of $3.00 to $3.50 per square foot, you will find our prices to be extremely competitive with faux finishes and other new techniques on the market.
